Refund/Exchange Policy
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All our products are inspected prior to shipment. But if for any reason you are not satisfied upon receipt of your purchase, we will promptly refund your purchase price (less shipping charges) or exchange your purchase for a replacement. A refund or exchange will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received by us. All returned shirts must be UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, AND IN NEW CONDITION FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO BE ACCEPTED. If we receive returned items that have been washed, altered or damaged, the items will be returned with postage due by the customer. All returns must be authorized before they will be processed. Please contact us via email at: Returns@BoneHeadShirts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. If we receive a returned item without authorization, it will be returned to sender. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide any insurance and/or tracking information when returning items back to us. We are not liable for any claims of lost returns if verification cannot be provided on the returned items.
